MISNet Inc. and Covalent Partners Inc. (“MISNet”,” Covalent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, “Companies”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and applicable global data protection standards.

Personal Information Controller

 

  • MISNet Inc. and Covalent Partners Inc. (Collectively, the “Companies”) act as Joint Personal Information Controllers (PIC) for personal data collected through its website and related services.

  • The Companies share common data processing purposes, systems, service providers, and data protection controls, and jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal data.

  • The Data Protection Officer serves as the primary contact for data subjects and the National Privacy Commission for all data privacy matters involving the Companies.

  • MISNet Inc. and Covalent Partners Inc. ensures that cross-border data transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses and security measures, in accordance with NPC issuances and applicable data protection laws.

 

Data Retention

 

  • Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

  • Indicative retention periods include:

    • Contact inquiries: up to 1 year

    • Client and contractual records: up to 5 years or as required by law.

    • System and security logs: 6 months to 1 year.

  • Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal data shall be securely deleted, anonymized, or disposed of.

 

Data Security Measures

 

  • MISNet Inc. and Covalent Partners Inc. implements reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access.

  • Requests to exercise these rights may be submitted to the Data Protection Officer Requests shall be acted upon within the period prescribed by law.

 

Data Breach Notification

 

  • In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious hard to data subjects, MISNet Inc. shal notify the National Privacy Commission and affected data subjects within seventy-two (72) hours, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

 

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

 

  • This website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience and ensure proper functionality. Cookie preferences may be managed through the website’s cookie consent mechanism.

 

Children’s Data
