Job Description


The Test Administrators will be responsible for conducting Certification Exams and

promoting our exams to prospective examinees. The role is crucial in ensuring that

exams are delivered with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in examinees as they arrive at the Testing Center.

  • Verify and authenticate the identification of examinees.

  • Explain exam procedures clearly, provide assistance as needed, and ensure exam


  • Learn and implement detailed exam procedures and adhere to appropriate protocols.

  • Meet and interact with examinees in a tactful and courteous manner while enforcing

    rules and procedures.

  • Comprehend testing procedures as provided by manuals, instructions and adhere to

    appropriate protocol.

  • Provide a secure, comfortable, and friendly testing environment.

  • Monitor examinees while testing is ongoing and respond to inquiries.

  • Organize materials and schedules.

  • Attend to queries regarding exams and schedules.

  • Keep all information confidential.

  • Promote and market Certification Exams using all available channels.

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, social media channels promptly and


  • Perform admin and marketing related tasks as assigned.

Hiring Criteria:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, sales admin or related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and selling skills.

  • Highly accurate, organized and pays attention to details.

  • Adaptable and able to multitask.

  • Reliable, highly adaptable and a good team player.

  • Consistent schedule adherence track record.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows applications, internet, and various office


  • Willing to report to our office in Makati City.
