ETL Developer
The ETL Developers will be deployed to our client’s evolving Data Analytics practice to continue the development and execution on their data driven advisory services. As part of the consulting team, the they will work with corporate and private equity clients on complex decisions that involve strong analysis, extensive modeling, and advanced data analytics across a wide variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather data from remote systems, understand client landscape, and formulate pragmatic data solutions with a focus on automation and reducing process times.
Perform and conduct complex data analysis to support business processes and financial reporting.
Work closely with internal and external teams to design and implement complex data analytics solutions from source (database, flat file, Power BI, etc.) to target (Azure, Power BI, etc.)
Manage expectation of service delivery, monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure
Act as the data and “Catalyst” expert on a multitude and variety of projects
Hiring Criteria
Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Finance & related fields
3-10+ years professional, project-based experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and/or business intelligence
3+ years of experience developing ETL/ELT solutions using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Python, Alteryx, SSIS, or Informatica
Hands-on experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Purview, Machine Learning) or Power BI, Power Platform
Aptitude for data and analytics - SQL queries, ETL frameworks and tools, T-SQL (Views, Queries, Stored Procedures), Python, R, Spark, and DAX
Strong interest in big data, small data, streaming data, batch data, and semantic data for BI/AI solutions
Experience deploying data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions for clients in various industries
Ability to collaborate closely with team members and client stakeholders to ensure solutions align to outcomes
Commitment to continuously upgrading your technical skills as the data landscape changes
