Bruno’s Barbers improves in-store reception service with an automated store process system
Technology consulting company MISNet designs system in Windows Universal
Posted on Wednesday, 19 August 2015

The Bruno’s Barbers and MISNet teams at the project kickoff last July 8, 2015.

Bruno’s Barbers, the Philippines’ leading barber shop chain, will implement a store process system to automate internal and in-store processes for a faster and more pleasant customer experience. Technology consulting company MISNet will design, develop, and deploy the solution to increase efficiency in their branches nationwide.

With the store process system in place, every Bruno’s Barbers will be able to capture customer information, as well as the products and services to be provided for the customer. The same system will also facilitate reservations, queuing, assigning available staff, and tagging customer requests. The automation will help in the seamless reception of customers.

Information recorded in the system will help Bruno’s Barbers analyze a customer’s buying history for customized offerings in the future. Moreover, management will be able to monitor and analyze staff, branch, product, and service performance, allowing them to act on new opportunities for growth.

Marco Pascual, Bruno’s Barbers’ Vice President for Business Development, says, “Local competition is tough. With the ASEAN integration, it’s going to be tougher. In this industry, our differentiator is exemplary service. Like MISNet, we have been in business for over two decades, and we intend to be around for many more. Adopting technologies in our stores that will improve our operations and provide us insights into our performance is one of the many aspects of the business that we continuously improve. In the future, we see ourselves using the same platform for internal processes like inventory and HR.”

“We are actively seeking and developing new ways to provide useful technology for our clients,” says Jeff Ginaysy, Chief Operating Officer of MISNet.“For Bruno’s Barbers, it is their automated store process system. Ultimately, our job is to make Bruno’s Barbers’ job easy and effective through technology. In four months, this is what we intend to deliver.”

“And that’s not a barber’s tale,” Ginaysy adds. Pascual agrees.
